A. 30-Day Return Window
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and packaged as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
B. Return Labels
Our shipments do not include pre-printed return labels. If you wish to initiate a return, please email support@giftinggenie.com and our team will assist you with the next steps.

For defective or damaged products, please include photos or videos as evidence. Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 24 hours), you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are issued within 14 days, though banks or card issuers may take an additional 3–5 business days to finalize the credit.
D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Wrong-Sized Items

E. Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees in these cases. Please reach out to support@giftinggenie.com to start the process.
F. Refunds
After inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
G. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation eligibility depends on the order’s production and processing status.
